I started my own fitness journey because I wanted to become more confident in my own body. I didn't know where this journey would take me but I was eager to learn. I devoted almost all of my time to researching and finding better ways to train and plan my nutrition. Through consistency and hard work, this led me to competing and placing on both ends of the spectrum in INBF bodybuilding and USPA powerlifting. Since this began, I'm grateful to have been able to work with over 1100 clients, helping them find the best version of themselves and most importantly getting them results.
